Casie Rivas
​Founding Attorney

I am realizing my dream. At five years old, I decided to be a lawyer and since then, I never wanted to do anything else. The law is my element- where I feel comfortable, confident, and bold. It challenges me to think beyond the accepted limits and boundaries and pushes me toward constant improvement. Over the last decade, I have been blessed to work with some of the best lawyers and greatest corporate families in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, including more than six years in-house with Texoma Medical Center and the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. I was born and raised in Sherman and hold a special love for my hometown. After law school, my husband and I moved back to Sherman where we adore life with our three beautiful children. Now, I am beyond thrilled to make this community home to my law practice as well. Licensed in Texas and Oklahoma.​

When asked about what I do, I often jokingly refer to myself as a time management ninja artist. I get excited to work with individuals to help resolve challenging issues and believe that no job is too big or small and I am not afraid to roll my sleeves up and get the job done! Resourceful, naturally curious, and an authentic assistant - equipped with a deep understanding of confidential matters.​

Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of working with some large companies like United HealthCare, Raytheon, AmerisourceBergen, and Citigroup. These experiences have honed my skills in analyzing financials, making smart decisions, and bringing success to the organizations I've been a part of.

After nearly two decades I decided to take a leap of faith and leave Corporate America to work with my wife at her firm. It's been an amazing shift that allows me to have a direct impact on our local community.

When I'm not crunching numbers, you'll find me actively involved in community initiatives, collaborating with non-profits, and coaching youth sports. ​
